间歇性饥饿对瓦氏黄颡鱼生长及肝脏抗氧化功能的影响

摘  要:
在(25±1)℃水温、自然光照条件下,设4种投喂方式饲养瓦氏黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus vachelli Richardson):第一种连续投喂水蚯蚓,整个试验期间不间断,第二、三和四种分别连续投喂4、2 d和1 d后饥饿1 d,4种方式分别以R0(对照组)、R1/4、R1/2和R1/1表示,试验周期共45 d。结果显示:3个试验组通过提高摄食并降低饵料系数达到了补偿生长效果(P<0.05),试验结束时体重和增重率均显著高于对照组,其中R1/4组的增重率最高,R1/1组最低(P<0.05)。3个试验组中R1/4组的SOD酶活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量与对照组无显著差异,而R1/2和R1/1组的SOD酶活性显著低于对照组,MDA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),表明这两组鱼体的免疫功能受到损害。综合考虑,采用R1/4的方式可获得好的补偿生长效果。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the growth,feeding utilization and antioxidant defenses of pelteobagrus vachelli richardson in different feeding regimes,a 45 d growth trial was conducted in four feeding regimes at(25±1) ℃ and in natural light.In the first regime,fish were fed to satiation during the whole experimental period,and in the second,third and fourth regime,fish were fed to satiation for 4 days,2 days and 1 day respectively,and then were deprived of food for 1 day.The four regimes were repeated and regarded as R0(control group),R1/4,R1/2 and R1/1.The results showed that group R1/4,R1/2 and R1/1 showed significant higher growth rate and final body weights than group R0,because the 3 groups had significant higher feed conversion efficiency and actual feeding rate(P < 0.05),and the highest was groups R1/4 and the lowest was group R1/4 in 3 groups.There were no significant differences in SOD activity and MDA content between group R0 and R1/4,but SOD activity in group R1/2 and R1/1 were signifantly lower than that in group R0 and MDA content significantly higher than that in group R0(P < 0.05),and those suggested that group R1/2 and R1/1 were damaged in the immune function.The results indicated that group R1/4 had the best compensatory growth result synthetically.
