分蘖洋葱种子发芽试验

摘  要:
种子发芽率低制约了分蘖洋葱有性杂交育种研究工作的进展,现以10份分蘖洋葱自交系材料为试材,进行了分蘖洋葱自交系和杂交组合种子和发芽率试验。结果表明:供试的10个分蘖洋葱自交系的发芽率和发芽势差异较大,分别波动于33.18%~87.05%和13.58%~51.87%,其中‘马八一号’的发芽率和发芽势最高分别达到87.05%和51.87%,2项指标均高于对照,不育系‘MB01-79A’与对照相差不明显,其余材料均低于对照。8个分蘖洋葱杂交种的发芽率和发芽势差异较大,分别波动于41.70%~88.61%和25.48%~60.25%,其中‘珠葱1号’的发芽率和发芽势分别为88.61%和57.60%,‘荷兰紫’ב马八一号’杂交组合的分别为87.41%和60.25%,2份材料的发芽率和发芽势均高于对照,杂交组合‘KA2065’בWMF01-06C’表现也较好,其余的4个杂交组合低于对照,且相差较为明显。该试验结果可为选育生活力强的种子分蘖洋葱一代杂种提供基础试验数据参考。

摘  要:
Low seed germination rate limited the hybridization breeding research progress of potato onion.The germination tests were conducted to examine the seed vigor traits in 10 inbred lines and 8F1 hybrids of potato onion.The results showed that the germination rate and germination vigor were obviously different among inbred lines,varying from33.18%to 87.05%and 13.58%to 51.87%,respectively.The germination rate and germination vigor of‘Maba No.1'were 87.05%and 51.87%,higher than the control.There were no notable difference between‘MB01-79A'line and the control.Others were lower than the control.For the seeds of F1 hybrids,the germination rate and germination vigor also were great different,varying from 41.70%to 88.61% and 25.48%to 60.25%,respectively.The germination rate and germination vigor of‘Zhucong No.1'was 88.61%and 57.60%,the combination of‘Holland red'בMaba No.1'was87.41%and 60.25%,both higher than the control.The combination of‘KA2065'בWMF01-06C'was almost the same as the control.Others were lower than the control.Our results might be useful to breed hybrid of stronger germination ability in potato onion.
