摘 要：
广西蚕桑产业呈现良好发展态势,研究广西蚕桑产业全要素生产效率可为广西蚕桑产业持续健康发展提供理论依据与启示。采用2008—2017年广西壮族自治区蚕业科学研究院统计数据,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法对广西蚕桑产业全要素生产效率的总体变化趋势、差异情况进行测算与分解,在此基础上进一步对其趋同性进行检验。结果表明,广西蚕桑产业全要素生产效率10年内上升4.6%;各区域总体处于技术进步主导下全要素生产效率提升的状态,区域之间蚕桑产业的生产效率差距逐渐缩小且各区域本身的生产效率水平提升速度减缓;技术创新驱动力是大部分区域全要素生产效率处于技术进步的主要原因,而资源、技术推广和政策扶持力度的差别是各区域本身未能缩小全要素生产效率差距的主要原因。提出加快配套良具和良法的研发力度,加大智能化生产设备研制与推广补贴力度,鼓励出台区域生产要素投入量指导意见,探索农业技术推广与奖励模式,加强蚕桑科技示范园区建设的政策启示。

摘 要：
Sericulture industry in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is now maintaining good momentum. Study on total factor productivity(TFP)of sericulture industry in Guangxi can provide theoretical basis and enlightenment for its sustainable and healthy development. Therefore,statistical data collected by Guangxi Academy of Sericulture Science from 2008 to 2017 was used to calculate and decompose the overall changes and differences in TFP of sericulture industry in Guangxi using DEA-Malmquist index method. Then,convergence analysis on TFP was carried out. The results showed that TFP of sericulture industry in Guangxi had increased by 4.6% in 10 years,and TFP in all regions was generally improved with the technological progress. Besides,productivity gap between regions was tend to be narrowed down and development speed of productivity in each region would slow down. It was found that technological innovation was the driving force for the progress of TFP in most sericultural areas,and differences in resources,technology popularization and policy support were the main reasons for the failure to narrow the regional gap of TFP. Thus,it was suggested to develop supporting tools and formulate relevant laws,promote intelligent production equipment,provide diversified subsidies,introduce regional guidance for production factor input,popularize and reward innovate agricultural technology,and strengthen construction of sericultural science and technology demonstration garden.
