基于近红外光谱技术的牛粪成分含量测定方法

摘  要:
利用近红外光谱仪和常规实验室标准分析方法,对从不同养牛场采集的200个肉牛粪便典型样品的4种主要肥料成分(全氮、全磷、全钾和铵态氮)含量进行了分析研究。试验得出,4种肥料成分含量的NIRS测定值与其真实值(实验室化学分析方法测定值)之间具有显著的线性相关关系;4种肥料成分含量的NIRS测定值均达到了与真实值相近的水平。结果表明,利用近红外光谱技术快速测定牛粪样品主要肥料成分的方法可以代替传统的实验室分析方法。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the feasibility and method of near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) to determine the nutrient contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, ammonia-nitrogen in beef manures. 200 samples of beef manure were collected. Four nutrient contents were analyzed by NIRS and means of conventional laboratory analysis method. Calibration methods using partial least-squares regression were developed. Calibration results of all samples have high correlation with their true value. All research show that NIRS can be a viable alternative to conventional laboratory analysis procedures for manure nutrient content prediction.
