口服甘草素对中华鳖稚鳖抗嗜水气单胞菌感染的作用

摘  要：
在中华鳖 (Pelodiscussinensis)稚鳖饲料中添加定量的甘草素 ,投喂经福尔马林灭活嗜水气单胞菌(FKC)免疫接种的中华鳖稚鳖 2 8d后 ,通过测定增重量 ,血液比容值 ,血清中补体价 ,抗体价 ,溶菌酶活性 ,GOT、GPT值 ,白细胞的吞噬活性以及活菌攻毒的方法 ,探讨了口服甘草素对中华鳖稚鳖抗嗜水气单胞菌感染的作用。结果表明 ,在中华鳖稚鳖饲料中添加 35mg kg·d的甘草素 ,不仅具有提高供试中华鳖免疫应答水平 ,改善肝功能 ,增强抗嗜水气单胞菌感染的能力 ,同时还具有明显的促生长作用

摘  要：
Young Chinese soft shelled turtles( Pelodiscus sinesis ) fed with feed supplemented with approprate ammount of glycyrrihizine were innocculated with Aromonas hydrophila (FKC) killed by formalin. 28 day after the innoculation, the effect of feeding glycyrrihizine on the resistance of young Chinese soft shelled turtles against Aeromona hydrophila was determined by measuring their gained weight, hematocrit,complement,antibody titer,lysozyme activity and by challenging the turtles with viable bacteria.The results showed that adding glycycyrrhizine with a ratio of 35 mg/(kg·d) into the feed of young Chinese soft shelled turtle can upgrate the immunoresponse level,improve their liver fuction,which can strengthen their resistance against Aeromonas hydrophila as well as prompt their growth.
