高粱和玉米秸秆腐解过程的红外光谱研究

摘  要:
作物秸秆分解受其物理、化学及生物等特点影响,同时也受土壤的微生物影响。以尼龙网袋法比较研究了玉米和高粱秸秆腐解对土壤微生物、调节C/N的响应,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析了不同腐解期各处理秸秆的结构变化特征。结果表明,高粱秸秆和玉米秸秆腐解过程中的官能团变化基本相似,在腐解过程中碳水化合物和糖类含量逐渐减少,氨基酸、有机酸等可溶性有机物分解,甲基、亚甲基及酰胺类化合物含量降低,羧基含量增多,脂肪性减弱;并且在培养的前30 d中,高粱秸秆腐解速率要快于玉米秸秆,与山西土壤微生物浸提液比较,贵州土壤微生物浸提液更有利于秸秆的分解,添加氮调节C/N对玉米和高粱秸秆的分解具有促进作用。

摘  要:
Crop straw decomposition is affected by its physical, chemical and biological characteristics, as well as by soil microorganisms. The effects of decomposition of corn and sorghum straw on soil microorganism and the regulation of C/N were studied by nylon mesh bag method. Structural variation characteristics of different treatments of straw under different decomposition stages was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the functional groups of sorghum straw and corn straw were similar during the decomposition process, carbohydrate and sugar content gradually reduced during the decomposition process, soluble organic matter such as amino acids and organic acids in straw was decomposed. The content of methyl, methylene and amide compounds in straw reduced, and the carboxyl content increased, while the fatty acid weakened. In the first 30 days of culture, the decomposing rate of sorghum straw was faster than corn straw. Compared with Shanxi soil microbial extract, Guizhou soil microbial extract was more conducive to straw decomposition. Adding nitrogen to regulate C/N ratio could promote the decomposition of corn straw and sorghum straw.
