废水中苯胺类物质在线分离流动注射分光光度测定方法的研究

摘  要:
基于阴离子交换树脂对苯酚类干扰物质的吸附,实现苯酚类与苯胺类物质的分离,建立了以阴离子树脂在线分离—流动注射—4 氨基安替比林分光光度测定废水中苯胺类物质的方法。该方法测定苯胺的线性范围为0~5mg/L,检出限为0 03mg/L。进样频率可达40次/h。该方法可用于工业废水中苯胺的测定。

Phenol is separated from waste water of containing aniline because it can be absorbed by anion resin Based on this principle, The method of flow injection analysis for determination of aniline with online separation, 4aminoantipyrine(4AAP) spectrophotometry was found The linear range of aniline is 0~5 mg/L, the detecting limit is 003 mg/L, and the sampling rate is 40/h The method is applied in determining aniline in environmental polluted water 
