元代农业管理的纲领性文件——《通制条格》“劝农立社事理条画”相关问题研究

摘  要：
农业是稳定政权的基础,元朝对恢复和发展农业相当重视,颁行了一系列重农政策和措施,这在《通制条格》中得到充分反映。其中又以卷16《田令.农桑》“劝农立社事理条画”所载更为详实,给元代后期乃至后世的农业发展和农业管理带来了深远的影响。本文分析了《通制条格》“劝农立社事理条画”对元朝中前期农业所起的作用,成为元代农业管理纲领性文件的原因;并且还就这一时期蒙汉杂糅的二元体制对元代的农村、农民、农业的影响,进行了探讨。

摘  要：
Agriculture is the foundation of stabilizing political power.Yuan Dynasty attached great important to agriculture and issued a whole set of policies and measures,which was reflected in the book of "Tongzhitiaoge".volume 6 "Tianling: Nongsang"was the most developed one and had profound influence on the latter agricultural development and management.Close attention is paid to action on agriculture of the earlier to middle stage in Yuan Dynasty in terms of agricultural management programmatic document in Yuan Dynasty.Also discussed in the paper are the impacts of a blending of the Mongol nationality and the Han nationality on Yuan Dynasty's village,peasant and agriculture.
