摘 要:
[Objective] The aim is to study the distribution of elements in Gynura bicolor D.C.and its correlation with soil, which will provide basic information for planting, development and pharmaceutical study of G.bicolor.[Method] Using quincunx method to sample, the contents of Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,Pb and Cd in leaf, stem, root and soil for its growth are determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.[Result] The linear regression equation and correlation coefficient of eight metal elements are:Ca,A=0.049 16C+0.042 44(r=0.998 9);Mg,A=1.163C+0.179 0(r=0.999 0);Cu,A=0.242 6C+0.000 485(r=1.000 0);Mn,A=0.315 1C+0.000 472 6(r=0.999 9);Zn,A=0.251 2C+0.023 94(r=0.999 4);Fe,A=0.095 29C+0.001 277(r=0.998 5);Pb,A=0.009 095C+0.257 0(r=0.999 4);Cd,A=0.099 08C+0.010 33(r=0.999 3).G.bicolor is rich in mineral elements,in which the contents of Fe,Mg,Ca are higher, the contents of harmful elements Pb,Cd are lower;the elements have some distribution characters in different tissues, the content of the elements in the tissues of plants has some correlation with the soil;the measured enrichment coefficient of several kinds of elements in the leaves is the maximum, the relative deviation of the measured results is less than 6.1%,and the recovery of standard addition is 91.2%-106.6%.[Conclusion]G.bicolor has good value for planting, edible and pharmaceutical development.
