奶牛乳清H_2O_2水平的检测及意义评价

摘  要:
为了探索奶牛乳清H_2O_2水平及其意义,在南宁市某奶牛场随机选取122头泌乳奶牛分4次采集乳样,记录奶牛临床健康情况、检测乳汁体细胞数(SCC),分离乳清并检测H_2O_2含量,分析乳清H_2O_2含量与奶牛疾病、乳品质量的关系。结果显示:疾病组奶牛乳清H_2O_2平均含量显著高于健康组奶牛(P<0.05);乳汁SCC与乳清H_2O_2含量极显著正相关(r=0.729,P<0.001);乳优组乳清H_2O_2含量显著低于乳差组(P<0.05)。提示:乳清H_2O_2可作为判断乳品质量和临床检测奶牛乳房炎等疾病辅助诊断指标。

摘  要:
To explore the level of hydrogen peroxide in the whey of dairy cow and its significance,a total of 122 lactating cows were randomly selected on a cattle farm in Nanning. Milk samples were collected for four times. Then,the contents of H_2O_2 and the number of somatic cells( SCC) in the samples were determined. The clinical health status of the dairy cows was recorded and they were divided into healthy and diseased groups. The relationship between H_2O_2 content in whey and cow disease was analyzed. According to their SCC,the 122 milk samples were divided into the excellent milk quality group and the poor milk quality group,and the relationship between milk quality and H_2O_2 content was analyzed. The results were that the average content of H_2O_2 in the whey of the sick cows was higher than that of the healthy ones( P<0. 05),there was a significant positive correlation between SCC in milk and H_2O_2 content in whey( r~2= 0. 729,P<0. 001),the content of H_2O_2 in whey was significantly lower in the excellent milk than in the poor milk( P<0. 05). In conclusion,H_2O_2 in whey might be used as an auxiliary diagnostic indicator to determine the quality of dairy products and clinical detection of mastitis in cow.
