关口葡萄富硒栽培施肥方式比较

摘  要：
为探寻关口葡萄富硒生产的有效方法,先用单因素完全随机试验研究了不同浓度硒叶面肥对果实硒含量的影响,再用二因素裂区试验探讨硒叶面肥与硒底肥最佳组合方案.结果表明:施用硒叶面肥能显著增高葡萄果实硒含量,最高达到105μg·kg-1.冬季施硒底肥2 000~3 000kg·hm-2并于生长期连续4次喷雾400~200倍液硒叶面肥是最佳组合,果实含硒量均能达到200μg·kg-1的合格标准,最高能达237μg·kg-1.冬季施用硒矿物生物有机肥料,生长季节共4次施用土伯富硒植物营养液能生产出合符标准的富硒关口葡萄.

摘  要：
In order to explore the effective method of selenium enrichment production of grape,we first explored the effects of different concentration of Se foliar fertilizer on Se content in fruit with single factor randomized trial design,and then investigated the best combination of Se foliar fertilizer and Se base fertilizer with two factors split plot experiment.The results showed that the Se content of grape fruit was significantly increased by applying Se foliar fertilizer,and the highest was 105μg·kg~(-1).The best combination of Se enriched grape was the winter application of Se base fertilizer 2 000-3 000 kg·hm~(-2) plus the four times spraying 400-200 times Se foliar fertilizer in the growth period,the fruit Se content could reach the qualified standard 200μg·kg~(-1),and the highest could reach 237μg·kg~(-1).The application of Se base fertilizer plus Se foliar fertilizer could produce qualified Se enriched Guankou grape.
