化肥减施条件下生防菌剂对哈密瓜生长的影响

摘  要:
为了研究在化肥减施5%、10%和20%的基础上,根施生防菌剂对哈密瓜生长的影响,以哈密瓜‘华蜜0526’为材料,在上海市嘉定区进行了田间试验,测定不同减肥梯度下对哈密瓜病害的防效、植株长势及果品品质、产量和土壤微生物指标。结果表明:不同减肥条件下使用生防菌能改善土壤微生态环境,促进哈密瓜植株生长,提高产量和品质。其中减肥10%时施用生防菌剂效果最优,较CK平均单瓜重增加11.0%,果品中心折光糖度和边缘折光糖度提高6.1%和7.5%,收益较CK增加15.3%。施用生防菌剂可以促进根际有益微生物繁殖,减少病害发生,对哈密瓜蔓枯病、霜霉病、白粉病的平均防效为59.0%、44.8%、31.6%。

摘  要:
The effects of root application of biocontrol agent on the growth and yield of cantaloupe werestudied,based on the 5%,10% and 20% reduction of chemical fertilizers. The results showed that the use ofbiocontrol agent could promote the growth of cantaloupe plants and improve the yield and quality under reductionof chemical fertilizers in different proportions(P< 0. 05). Among them, the effect of biological agents wasobvious on the basis of 10% respectively. The yield of cantaloupe increased by 10% compared with the control,aswell as the brix in the central part and in the adjacent part of fruit increased by 6. 1% and 7. 5%(P< 0. 05). Inaddition,the income increased by 15. 3% compared with the control yield per acre. The application of biocontrolagents could promote the beneficial microbial breeding on rhizosphere,reduce the incidence rate of cantaloupe,which the control effect of gummy stem blight,downy mildew,powdery mildew was 59%,44. 8%,31. 6% onaverage.
