北疆10个不同秋眠级紫花苜蓿引进品种产量与营养品质研究

摘  要:
以10个秋眠级(1~10级)的紫花苜蓿品种为试供材料,观测其在新疆石河子的生产性状与营养品质表现。结果表明:秋眠级4和7级的苜蓿干草总产量(HY)显著(P<0.05)高于秋眠级8和10级外的所有苜蓿品种。秋眠级5级苜蓿的粗蛋白(CP)含量显著(P<0.05)高于秋眠级9和10级的苜蓿;其平均酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量显著(P<0.05)低于除秋眠级10级外的所有苜蓿品种。秋眠级3和4级苜蓿的平均中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量显著(P<0.05)低于秋眠级1、6、7和9级的苜蓿。秋眠级2、5和6级苜蓿的RFV值显著(P<0.05)高于秋眠级8级的苜蓿。将HY、CP、NDF和ADF含量4项指标进行综合评价,结果表明:新疆石河子绿洲区最为适宜种植的苜蓿为秋眠级4级(WL343HQ)和5级(巨能551)的苜蓿。苜蓿秋眠级与CP含量呈极显著负相关。

摘  要:
Ten alfalfa cultivars with fall dormancy(Grade 1~10)were used as experimental materials to evaluate their performance and nutritional quality in Shihezi oasis area,Xinjiang.The results showed that the total hay yield(HY)of FD 7 and FD 4 alfalfa was significantly higher than FD 8 and FD 10(P<0.05).The average crude protein(CP)content of FD 5 alfalfa was significantly higher than FD 9 and FD 10(P<0.05).The average acid detergent fiber(ADF)content of FD 7 alfalfa was significantly lower than that of all alfalfa varieties except FD 10(P<0.05).The average neutral detergent fiber(NDF)content of FD 3 and FD 4 alfalfa was significantly lower than FD 1,FD 6,FD 7 and FD 9(P<0.05).The relative feeding value(RFV)of FD 2,FD 5 and FD 6 alfalfa was significantly higher than FD 8(P<0.05).The comprehensive evaluation of 4 indicators of HY,CP,NDF,ADF showed that the best suitable alfalfa cultivars planting in Shihezi oasis area,Xinjiang were WL343 HQ(FD4)and Juneng551(FD5).There was a significant negative correlation between the fall dormancy level and CP content of alfalfa.
