油菜秸秆混合稻草栽培平菇研究

摘  要:
采用油菜秸秆和稻草为主料栽培平菇,通过试验比较,筛选最适合平菇菌丝生长及子实体产量的培养料配方.结果表明,配方:油菜秸秆55.5%、稻草37%、麦麸5%、尿素0.5%、蔗糖1%、石膏1%栽培效果最好,菌丝日平均生长量达0.834 cm/d,两茬菇生物学效率为88.0%.

摘  要:
By using the rape straw and rice stalks, the growth of mycelium and the fruiting body yield were recorded in this experiment. The biological efficiencies on different ratios of rape straws were calculated to find out the optimum formula of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation. According to the experimental data, the best cultivation ratios were rape straw 55.5%, rice stalks 37%, wheat bran 5%, urea 0.5%, sucrose 1%, and gypsum 1%. The average growth rate of mycelium reached 0.834 cm/d and the biological efficiency of two batches harvested had reached 88.0%.
