摘要:利用氧化石墨烯(GO)负载H5N1亚型禽流感病毒多克隆抗体(PAb-H5N1)及牛血清白蛋白(BSA)作为信号放大构建一种新型电化学免疫传感器用于检测H5N1亚型禽流感病毒.结果表明:以PAb-H5N1-GO-BSA纳米复合物作为信号放大材料构建的电化学免疫传感器的灵敏度比不用此纳米复合物作为信号放大的高256倍.以PAb-H5N1-GO-BSA纳米复合物作为信号放大材料构建的电化学免疫传感器对H5N1亚型禽流感病毒的检测限为2-15 HAunit·50μL-1,检测线性范围为2-15~2-8HAunit·50μL-1.此传感器特异性好,灵敏度高,在病原微生物快速检测领域具有良好的应用前景.

摘  要:
A novel electrochemical immnnosensor for sensitive detection of avian influenza virus (AIV) H5N1 was described. A graphene oxide (GO) carrying H5Nl-polychonal antibodies (PAb-H5N1) and Bovine serum albumin (BSA) were used as signal amplification materials. On the basis of the signal amplification strategy of PAb-H5N1-GO-BSA nanocomposite, the devel- oped immunosensor showed a 256-fold increase in detection limit compared to the immunosensor without PAb-H5N1-GO-BSA nanocomposite amplification. The developed method could detect 2-15 HA unit· 50 μL-1 H5N1 with a linear calibration range from 2-15 to 2-8 HA unit · 50μL-1. This immunosensor has a good specificity and high sensitivity, and it is promising for rapid detec- tion of pathogenic microorganisms.
