摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for the application of chitosan and chitoan copper in agriculture.[Method] The antifungal activity of chitosan and chitosan copper against six plant pathogens was investigated by the growth rate method,the regression equation was established and EC50 was calculated.[Result] Chitosan copper had better inhibition effect against B.cinerea,P.gosspina and F.moniliforme than chitosan,while chitosan had better inhibition effect against C.agves,F.oxysporum and F.solani than chitosan copper.[Conclusion] Chitosan and chitosan copper had significant inhibitory effect.The appropriate proportioning of chitosan copper should be chosen according to the sensitivity of plant pathogen towards Cu(Ⅱ).
