长寿湖浮游植物功能群季节变化及影响因子

摘  要:
研究浮游植物功能群落季节变化,探究其与环境因子之间的关系,揭示不同环境因子影响下浮游植物群落结构与演替规律,为长寿湖的保护、利用和管理提供科学依据。2013年3月至2014年2月对长寿湖7个采样点进行逐月调查,优势度≥0.02的物种为优势种,采样点相对生物量>20%的功能群为重要功能群,运用多元分析方法对浮游植物功能群组成、季节变化及其与环境因子的关系进行了分析。结果表明:长寿湖有浮游植物7门11纲18目29科54属83种,其中45种浮游植物归入14个功能群,优势功能群为D、J、LO、MP、P、S1、SN、X2和Y。不同季节优势功能群存在明显差异,变化规律为:S1+Y→S1+SN→Y+J→D+Y,功能群Y是长寿湖代表性功能群,反映了水环境富营养化的特征。冗余分析(RDA)表明,长寿湖浮游植物功能群季节变化受环境因子影响较为明显,整体上,透明度(SD)、水温(WT)、电导率(EC)、光照强度(LUX)、溶解氧(DO)和总氮(TN)是影响长寿湖浮游植物功能群变化的主要环境因子。

摘  要:
Phytoplankton are primary producers in aquatic ecosystems and are a critical component of the aquatic community. Biological characteristics of phytoplankton,such as species composition,community structure and distribution are used to evaluate aquatic ecosystems. Changshou Lake is the largest artificial fresh water lake in southwest of China and the most important lake tourism scenic area in Chongqing City. Recently the lake has received attention because of algal blooms. Most of the current research on Changshou Lake is focused on nitrogen,phosphorus and heavy metal pollution and there are few reports on the phytoplankton community. In this investigation,phytoplankton functional groups and a variety of analytical techniques were used to provide a scientific reference to support the protection,utilization and management of Changshou Lake. The Reynolds Functional Groups( RFG) classification scheme for phytoplankton was developed from phytoplankton studies in temperate lakes but is now widely used in the study of basins and lakes. The spatial-temporal characteristics and environmental factors influencing phytoplankton functional groups in Changshou Lake were investigated from March 2013 to February 2014. Samples were collected monthly at seven sampling sites to explore the relationships between composition,seasonal succession of phytoplankton functional groups and environmental factors. Fourteen functional groups were observed in Changshou Lake and the dominant functional groups( degree of dominance > 0. 002) were D,J,LO,MP,P,S1,SN,X2 and Y. Significant differences were found in the dominant functional groups among the seven sampling sections in all four seasons. The two most dominant functional groups in spring,summer,autumn and winter were,respectively,S1 and Y,SN and S1,Y and J,Y and D. Further,Y was a functional group indicating eutrophic conditions. Overall,RDA analysis revealed that secchi depth( SD),water temperature( WT),electrical conductivity( EC),light intensity( LUX),dissolved oxygen( DO) and total nitrogen( TN) were the environmental factors significantly related to the phytoplankton functional groups observed in Changshou Lake.
