摘 要:
为了研究保护性蛋氨酸(RPMet)和缓释尿素(SRU)在反刍动物日粮中的最适添加量,试验采用体外批次培养法研究了不同水平RPMet和SRU对肉牛体外瘤胃发酵参数和纤维降解率的影响。试验采用析因试验设计,设置RPMet、SRU两个因素,其中RPMet的添加量分别为0.56,0.83,1.25 g/kg,SRU添加量分别为6.67,13.33,20.00 g/kg,共设置9个处理,每个处理3个重复,分别在体外培养的2,4,8,12,24小时时采集样品,进行相应指标的测定。结果表明:日粮中添加不同水平的RPMet和SRU能够一定程度地影响体外瘤胃发酵参数和纤维降解率,其中在各培养时间内,1.25 g/kg RPMet+13.33 g/kg SRU水平组的产气量、菌体蛋白含量均高于其他组,且NH3-N浓度处于最适范围,在体外培养4小时时,该组的总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸浓度最高,而纤维降解率在各培养时间点也相对较高。说明在日粮中添加一定水平的RPMet和SRU可以改善肉牛瘤胃内环境,促进瘤胃发酵,此次试验中的最适添加量为1.25 g/kg RPMet、13.33 g/kg SRU。

摘 要:
In order to study the optimum addition of protective methionine(RPMet) and sustained release urea(SRU) in ruminant diet,the effects of different levels of RPMet and slow release urea on the rumen fermentation parameters and fiber degradation rate of beef cattle in vitro were studied by continuous culture in vitro. The factorial design was used in the experiment and there were two factors(RPMet and SRU) in the experiment. The additions amount of RPMet were 0. 56,0. 83,1. 25 g/kg. The additions amount of SRU were 6. 67,13. 33,20. 00 g/kg. The experiment was divided into 9 treatments,and each treatment was repeated 3 times. Samples were collected on 2,4,8,12,24 h cultured in vitro and some indicators were measured. The results showed that the addition of different levels of RPMet and SRU could affect the ruminal fermentation parameters and degradation rate of beef cattle. And in different culture time,the gas production and BCP content in the 1. 25 g/kg RPMet and 13. 33 g/kg SRU group were higher than other groups. And the concentration of NH3-N was in the optimum range. when cultured in vitro for 4 h,the concentrations of TVFA and acetic acid were the highest in this group,while the rate of fiber degradation was also relatively higher in different culture time. The results indicated that the rumen environment could be improved and the rumen fermentation could be promoted by adding different levels of RPMet and SRU. And the optimum dosage was 1. 25 g/kg RPMet and 13. 33 g/kg SRU in this experiment.
