佛手中V_A的薄层──荧光分光光度测定研究

摘  要:
采用薄层─荧光分光光度法对佛手中VA进行研究。实验条件:乙醚作为提取剂,硅胶G作为吸附剂,用环己烷:石油醚:乙醚(7:3:1)展开,254nm紫外检出,然后用正丁醇萃取,于激发波长340nm、发射波长480nm处测定其荧光强度。实验对该法的精密度准确性进行了研究,变异系数7.36,VA线性范围(0.25~1.25μg),标准曲线回归方程为Y=0.9524+60.46X,相关系数r=0.9951,结果较满意。

摘  要:
The determination of Va in Jin Hua Bergamot was carried by TLC-Fluorescence.After abstracted- with ethyl ether and absorbed with silicqgel the ratio of cyclohexane: petroleum ether: ethyl ether(7.3:1) was used to spread out, then determined by 254nm UV monitor and extracted with C4H9OH, the excitation wavelength was 340nm and determine the 480nm fluorescent for VA.The precision and the accuracy was well.The standard curve regression equation was Y=0.9524+60.46X .The linerar ranger of density was 0.25~1.25 μ g and the variation coefficient (r) was 7.36 .The relation coefficient was 0.9951.
