膜技术分离回收金银花蒸馏残渣中绿原酸的流程分析

摘  要:
对膜技术分离回收金银花蒸馏残渣中绿原酸的过程进行分析研究。结果表明,MF2膜的通量可高达167.7 kg.h-1,UF2膜的通量可达148.8 kg·h-1和NF2(500)膜的通量可达109.8 kg·h-1,分别明显高于MF1(103.6 kg·h-1)、UF1(48.0 kg·h-1)和NF1(45.6 kg·h-1);其次,研究了浓缩液的水洗对绿原酸截留率的影响,结果表明,经一次水洗后,MF2膜的截留率可由12.5%降低到3.4%,UF2膜的截留率可由15%降低到8%;最后,分析了膜分离过程中各物料的成分,结果表明,纳滤浓缩液含绿原酸为17 964 mg·L-1,比原提取液提高了24.8倍,绿原酸的纯度由2.8%上升到27.0%。

摘  要:
By the membrane technology purification of the chlorogenic acid from steamed fruit of Lonicera japonica Thunb.was studied in this paper.Taking the water penetration flux as index,the filtration characteristic for the chlorogenic acid extraction was compared between two kind of micro filtration menbrane MF1 and MF2,two kind of ultra filtration membrane UF1 and UF2 and two kinds of nano filtration membrane NF1 and NF2.The results indicated that the MF2 membrane flux might reach as high as 167.7 kg·h-1,the UF2 membrane flux 148.8 kg·h-1 and the NF2(500) membrane flux 109.8 kg·h-1,obviously higher than that of MF1(103.6 kg·h-1),UF1(48.0 kg·h-1)and NF1(45.6 kg·h-1),respectivly.The concentration of chlorogenic acid in nanofiltration concentrated solution was 17 964 mg·L-1,24.8 multiple higher than that of originally extracted solution,the purification of chlorogenic acid raised to 27% from 2.8% after multi membrane filtrations.
