非生物环境因子诱导气孔关闭的信号转导机制

摘  要:
近年来,植物气孔信号转导的机理研究不断深入,越来越多与气孔关闭相关的信号元件被鉴定出来。诸多环境因子均可导致气孔关闭,但关于这些环境因子相应的信号通路综合分析的综述论文鲜有报道。本研究总结了干旱、黑暗、UV-B和伤害导致气孔关闭的信号转导机制,着重讨论了乙烯、茉莉酸类物质(JAs)、H2O2、NO和钙离子等信使类物质的变化,明确了共用信号元件在不同信号通路位置,揭示了不同气孔关闭信号转导机制的较高相似性。

摘  要:
In recent years, the research on the mechanism of stomatal signal transduction in plants has been deeply studied, more and more signal components related to stomatal closure have been identified. Various environmental factors could trigger stomatal closure, but reviewed papers with the comprehensive analysis of the signal pathway of these environmental factors were rarely reported. This review summarized the signal transduction mechanisms of drought, darkness, UV-B and damaging resulted stomatal closure, focused on discussing the changes of ABA, ethylene, JAs, H2O2, NO and calcium ions, etc. messenger substances, sclarified the positions of sharing signal components in different signal pathways, and demonstrated the high similarity among different stomatal closure signal transduction mechanism.
