摘  要:
建立RP-HPLC法测定关木通不同方法炮制品中马兜铃酸的含量。结果表明:马兜铃酸I浓度在0.287 5~4.600 0μg/mL范围内(r=0.999 9)呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.00%,RSD为0.614 1%。关木通经炮制后马兜铃酸含量均有不同程度降低,以碱制、醋炙效果最为显著。

摘  要:
The experiment was carried out to set up a reversed-phase HPLC method for the determination of aristolochic acid I in Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis.The results showed that There was a fine linear relationship between the range of 0.287 5~4.600 0μg/mL of foraristolochic acid I(r=0.999 9).The averagerates of recovery of aristolochic acid I were 98.00%,the RSD were 0.6141%.The contents of aristolochic acid I in Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis decreaded when the original herbs were processed by different ways,especially for the methods of processing herbswith alkali and vinegar.
