关木通及其有效成分马兜铃菲甙使离休蛙心的心输出量减少、心率减慢、心肌收缩力减弱．关木通使兔血压先升后降，马兜铃菲甙使兔血压下降．

摘要：

Guan-mu-tong and its effective element Aristoloside reduce the eardiae output of toads heat in Vetro,slow down the cardiac rhythm and weaken the contract power of the cardiac muscles Guan-mu-tong makes rabbit blood pressure go up first,then go down,how ever Aristoloside only makes the blood pressure down.
