增效溴敌隆对几种害鼠的毒杀作用

摘  要:
本文涉及一种抗凝血增效灭鼠剂的研制和应用。该灭鼠剂是以溴敌隆为主剂、以双氯芬酸钠、丙三醇等为辅剂,可制成液剂和粉剂。经生物测定表明,对大白鼠、小白鼠、褐家鼠、大仓鼠和布氏田鼠均有很好的毒效,毒杀率基本达到100%,且适口性良好。现场试验对褐家鼠防效达96%以上。该药中溴敌隆含量为0.002%时,防效与0.005%溴敌隆相当,起到了增效的作用,降低了成本,减少了环境污染,保证了人畜安全。

摘  要:
This study focused on the development and application of anticoagulation synergistic rodenticides.The rodenticide mixture consisted of bromadiolone as the main ingredient,with diclofenac sodium and glycerine etc.as the auxiliary ingredients,which could be prepared into liquid or powder formulation.Based on the bioassays,we found that the mixture rodenticide exhibited potent efficacy on rats,Mus musculus albus,Rattus norvegicus,Cricetulus triton and Microtus brandti,with the poison rate reaching up to 100%,and the palatability was also better.In addition,the efficacy on R.norvegicus was over 96% as observed in the field experiments.When the bromadiolone proportion in mixture rodenticide was 0.002% rather than 0.005%,the efficacy of the rodenticides was the same,indicating that bromadiolone contributed to a synergistic effect in this rodenticide mixture.Besides,the cost of preparation of rodenticide mixture and the risk causing environmental pollution was reduced,and the potential health problems towards human beings and mammals were reduced as well.
