基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA的土槽土壤深层振实机设计

摘  要:
由于目前土槽土壤深层压实工作强度高、效率低,针对土槽深松试验深层土壤硬度要求,设计了一种土槽土壤深层振实机。在ANSYS/LS-DYNA环境下,建立了振实机—土壤有限元模型,对振实机压实土壤进行了动力学仿真。通过动力学仿真研究土壤压实过程中不同深度土壤的应力分布表明:振实机的深层压实效果优于光辊碾,为样机试制提供理论依据。

摘  要:
Due to the high strength and low efficiency of the deep soil compaction at present,in order to meet the test requirement of deep soil hardness of soil deep loosening,a soil deep layer vibrating machine was designed. The three dimension model of jolter was built for dynamics simulation in the ANSYS/LS-DYNA environment. The stress distribution of soil at different depths in the soil compaction process was studied by dynamic simulation. The results show that the deep compaction effect of the vibratory compactor is better than that of the roller. What's more,it provides theoretical basis for the prototype trial production.
