基于PXI的农机土槽遥测系统的研制

摘  要:
针对农机土槽试验对象的牵引力、拉力、压力、功率和转速等参数测量不便的情况,开发了农机土槽通用动态遥测系统。以PXI嵌入式处理器为核心,采用无线数据传输技术,配合通用传感组件有效地解决了测量不便、测量数据不精确、同步性不高和抗震防尘性不够的问题。数据处理采用LABVIEW进行系统设计,可以对土槽试验机具的工作情况进行实时检测。

摘  要:
Considering that it's inconvenient to measure the traction,pull,pressure,power and other parameters of the agricultural soil bin test objects,agricultural soil bin universal dynamic telemetry system is developed.PXI embedded processor is taken as the core and wireless data transmission technology with the universal sensor components is used to solve such problems as inconvenient measurement,inaccurate measurements,low synchronization and weak to resist vibration and dust.LABVIEW is used to design the data processing system.Working condition of the soil bin test equipment can be real-time detected.
