关联规则在方剂库药对挖掘中的应用

摘  要：
当前方剂数据库大多只能提供检索和统计等服务,难以充分挖掘和利用其包涵的大量隐含规则.采用Apriori算法对中医方剂库进行关联规则挖掘,挖掘出关于药对的有价值的信息规律.实验结果表明该系统能够高效地找到药对,帮助人们正确掌握和运用中药,同时也为合理配伍提供理论支持.

摘  要：
Most of the current prescription for the search service only provides simple query,it is still difficult to fully tap and utilize a large number of implicit rules.In the paper we adopt Apriori algorithm to develop a traditional Chinese medicine mining system,tapping on the laws of the valuable information of couplet medicines.The experiments results show that the system can efficiently find the relationship among Chinese medical couplet medicines.It can help people to correctly understand traditional Chinese medicine and provide theoretical support for the reasonable compatibility.
