超声波刺激植物生长仪器设计

摘  要:
超声波刺激可对植物的生长发育和次生代谢产物的形成产生影响,因此有必要设计一种用超声波刺激植物生长的仪器去刺激植株、种子、组织和细胞。本仪器通过MAX038函数发生器,经功率放大器LM3886TF驱动功率大于90 W的扬声器产生超声波,MAX038函数发生器产生的正弦波输出至AT89C52单片机上进行测频,所测频率发送至82C79芯片上供LED显示。这个反馈控制系统的操作模式可选择不同的刺激频率、刺激时间和声强,其软件系统设计成4个模块:主程序、预设置子菜单程序、显示输出参数子菜单程序和时间调节输出子程序,同时设备采用易操作的三端固定电压输出式集成稳压器,可对不同品种的植物施加最适频率的超声波刺激,以调节植物生长周期和组织器官的生长发育,以及改善次生代谢产物的产生。该仪器用相对简单的实现方式和较少的成本产生具有优秀稳定度和精确度的超声波,可用于植物生理学研究或农业生产及相关领域。

摘  要:
The growth and secondary metabolites of plant can be influenced by ultrasound stimulus. It is necessary to design an acoustic stimuli system for plant, seed, tissue and cell. The ultrasonic wave is generated by the 90 W speaker which is driven by MAX038 function generator, and the LM3886TF power amplifier. The sine wave test is employed in AT89C52 single chip processor; the frequency should be send to 82C79 chip for display on LED panel. The operation pattern of this feed back control system can output different stimulation frequency, stimulation time and sound intensity for user; the soft system of this apparatus is designed to four modules: main program, preset sub-menu program, display output parameter sub-menu program and time adjust the output sub-menu program. The equipment can exert the best optimal ultrasound frequency to stimulate different species in order to regulate growth cycle of plant and development of tissues and organs for improving secondary metabolites yield. This apparatus can be putted in use of plant physiology research and agricultural production field, due to it outputs stabilizing and accurate ultrasound with relatively simple method at a lower cost.
