不同来源腐植酸红外光谱的比较研究

摘  要:
选择来源不同的4种材料(褐煤、腐熟秸秆、泥炭、底泥),提取出其中的腐植酸(HA)并进行纯化,通过对HA碳氮含量的测定以及傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)的分析来研究其化学结构的差异。结果显示:在4种HA中,泥炭HA含碳量显著大于其他材料HA;腐熟秸秆HA和底泥HA的含氮量显著大于褐煤HA和泥炭HA,并且底泥的HA含氮量是泥炭HA的5倍;泥炭HA和褐煤HA的碳氮比显著高于腐熟秸秆HA和底泥HA,其中泥炭HA的碳氮比约为腐熟秸秆HA的6倍。红外光谱分析显示:褐煤HA在1710 cm~(-1)处羧酸羰基C=O伸展的吸收峰相对强度最大;腐熟秸秆HA检测到了4处独有的吸收峰,分别为酰胺C=O伸展的1660 cm~(-1)处、芳香族C=C伸展的1510 cm~(-1)处、脂肪族C-H变形的1455 cm~(-1)处以及醇和醚基团C-O伸展的1125 cm~(-1)处;底泥HA在表征芳香醚和苯酚的C-O伸展的1240 cm~(-1)处吸收峰最大;泥炭HA在1600 cm~(-1)处芳香族C=C骨架振动最强。以上结果表明,4种不同来源的HA在元素组成和官能团含量上差异较大,利于研究不同材料HA化学结构的差异。

摘  要:
In this paper,four kinds of different resources including lignite,rotten straw compost,peat and lake sediment were used to extract and purify HA.The C,N contents and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)of HA were tested to analyze the distinctions among their chemical structure.The results showed that the C content of the peat HA was significantly larger than that of other HAs.The N contents of rotten straw compost HA and lake sediment HA were significantly larger than those in lignite HA and peat HA.And the nitrogen content of lake sediment HA was 5 times as much as that of the peat HA.The C/N of peat HA and lignite HA were significantly higher than those in rotten straw compost HA and lake sediment HA,and the C/N of peat HA is about 6 times as much as that of rotten straw HA.Infrared spectrum analysis showed that lignite HA had the largest intensity at 1710 cm~(-1) attributed to C=O stretching of COOH.4 special absorption peaks were detected in rotten straw compost HA at 1660 cm~(-1),1510 cm~(-1),1455 cm~(-1)and 1125 cm~(-1),which caused by C=O stretching of amides,C=C stretching of aromatic,C-H deformation of aliphatic and C-O stretching of alcohol and ether groups,respectively.Lake sediment HA had the largest peak at 1240 cm~(-1)attributed to C-O stretching of aromatic ether and phenols.Peat HA had the strongest vibration of aromatic C=C skeletal at 1600 cm~(-1).The differences of element composition and functional groups content among four materials HA were significant,that was helpful to study the differences of chemical structure in different materials HA.
