结合PDCA循环特性和图书馆阅读推广特点,分析PDCA循环理论应用于图书馆阅读推广活动的必要性和可行性,构建了PDCA循环理论在图书馆阅读推广工作中的应用模式,提出以用户为关注焦点、注重过程管理和持续改进以提高阅读推广活动实效。

摘  要：
Based on the characteristics of PDCA circulation and reading promotion in library, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of applying PDCA circulation theory in library reading promotion activities, and builds an application model of PDCA circulation theory in library's reading promotion. This paper suggests focusing on the user, paying attention to the process management and continuous improvement to enhance the actual effect of reading promotion activities.
