国家林业和草原局管理干部学院第四党支部紧紧围绕学院培训事业发展,创造性地引入行动学习法,着力建设学习型支部。支部坚持问题导向原则,建立了共同的学习愿景;坚持循环强化原则,制定了周密的学习计划;坚持团队学习原则,实现了群体的智慧互联;坚持多措并举原则,营造了良好的学习氛围;坚持学以致用原则,引发了实在的行为改变。支部成员党性意识明显增强,管理水平持续提高,业务能力快速提升,为推进学院干部教育培训改革创新奠定了基础。

摘  要：
The fourth party branch of the National Forestry and Grassland Administration introduced the action learning method to build a learning branch focusing on the training development creatively. The branch established a common learning vision adhering to the principle of problem orientation. The party branch made a thorough study plan adhering to the principle of circular reinforcement. The party branch realized the intelligent interconnection of the group through the team learning. The party branch took many measures to create good learning atmosphere. The practical application of the party branch's knowledge led to a real change in behavior. The party consciousness of the branch members has been enhanced obviously,the management level has been improved continuously,and the business ability has been improved rapidly,which has laid a foundation for the reform and innovation of the college cadre education and training.
