超高压提取柿叶中熊果酸工艺条件的优化

摘  要:
为研究超高压提取柿叶中熊果酸的优化工艺,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验研究提取压力、提取时间、乙醇体积分数和料液比对提取率的影响,并且同超声波辅助提取法和微波辅助提取法进行了比较。结果表明,超高压提取柿叶中熊果酸的最佳工艺参数为提取压力300 MPa、提取时间4.0min、乙醇体积分数95%和料液比1∶11(m/V,g∶mL),该条件下熊果酸提取率为0.43%,比超声波辅助提取法和微波辅助提取法的提取率分别提高了10.3%和16.2%,表明超高压提取法适合提取柿叶中熊果酸。

摘  要:
To optimize ultra high pressure(UHP) method for extraction of ursolic acid(UA) from Diospyros kaki L.f.leaves,orthogonal test was adopted to study the effects of UHP pressure,UHP time,ethanol volume fraction and solid to liquid ratio on yield of UA which was compared with that of ultrasonic and microwave method.The result showed that the optimum processing parameters for extraction of UA were,UHP pressure,300 MPa;UHP time,4.0 min;ethanol volume fraction,95%;and solid to liquid ratio,1∶11(m/V,g∶mL).The yield of UA under these conditions was 0.43% which was 10.3% and 16.2% higher than that of ultrasonic and microwave method,respectively,indicating that UHP was a suitable method for extraction of UA in D.kaki leaves.
