超高压提取蜂胶黄酮的工艺优化

摘  要:
为确定蜂胶黄酮超高压提取的最佳工艺条件。以蜂胶黄酮得率为指标,采用响应面分析法优化超高压提取工艺条件,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、保压时间和压力对蜂胶黄酮得率的影响。结果表明,蜂胶黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度85.9%,液料比46.75∶1,最佳压力357.5 MPa,保压时间2 min,此工艺条件下提取蜂胶黄酮得率为12.38%,回归模型的预测值与实测值基本一致,该回归方程与实际情况拟合较好。

摘  要:
To investigate the propolis flavones extracted the best ultra-high pressure conditions.Response surface method(RSM) was applied to a fractional design.Regression coefficient and analysis showed the regression model fitted the actual process well.Effects of ethanol concentration,ratio of liquid,the holding time of pressure and pressure to propolis were explored.Based on the results of response surface methodology,the best extraction processing parameter was ascertained as follows: 85.9%,46.75∶1,357.5 MPa,2 min.And the results for propolis flavones were 12.38%.The experimental values agreed with those predicted,thus indicating the suitability of RSM in optimizing the extraction of flavonoid from propolis.
