建昌鸭和天建杂交肉鸭蛋氨酸需要量的研究

摘  要：
本试验分别用建昌鸭,天建杂交肉鸭(天府肉鸭×建昌鸭白羽系)进行了蛋氨酸需要的研究。以期确定蛋氨酸的需要量。结果表明:在基础饲粮中添加适量的蛋氨酸可提高肉鸭的生产性能,饲喂基础饲粮的肉鸭血浆尿酸以及血浆游离赖氨酸、精氨酸、甘氨酸、鸟氨酸的含量显著提高,在后期饲喂高蛋氨酸水平的饲粮,可降低七周龄肉鸭的皮脂率,提高腿肌率。以体增重为主,综合考虑血浆尿酸、游离氨基酸和后期屠宰性能指标所确定的蛋氨酸需要量分别为天建杂交鸭前期(0—3周)0.390—0.441％、后期(4—7周)0.221—0.250％,建昌鸭前期(0—3周)0.310—0.374％、后期(4—7周)0.300—0.370％。

摘  要：
Jian Chang and Tian—Jian crossbred ducklings were employed to determine the methionine requirements in the study The results showed that optimum supplement of methionine in the basal diet could improve the production performance of the meat duck The meat duck fed on the basal diet displayed a significant increase of plasma urica cids and plasma free amino acids (lycine, arginine, glycine and ornithine) Feeding the high—level methionine diet in the later stage resulted in a decrease of subcutaneous fat percentage and an increase of leg mascle percentage of the 7—week—old meat ducks In this study, bodyweight gain, levels of plasma uric acid and plasma free amino acids, and carcass quality were used as indices for determination of the methionine requirements with emphasis on the body—weight gain The methionine requirements for Tian—Jian crossbred ducklings at the age of 0—3 weeks and 4—7 weeks were respectively; 0.390—0.441%and 0.221—0.250%, for Jian Chang ducklings at the age of 0—3 weeks and 4—7 weeks were respectively 0.310—0.374%ando. 300—0.370%.
