鸭精液液态保存的研究

摘  要：
试验用单人背腹式按摩采精法收集纯净的鸭精液。对不同稀释液(1％NaCl液、Lake液、pH 7.1Lake缓冲液BPSE和BNP—2)(精液:稀释液,v/v)稀释的鸭精液在不同温度(2—5℃、8—10℃和25℃)下的保存效果和以pH 7.1Lake缓冲液按不同稀释比例(1:1、1:2、1:3、1:4、1:5、1:6、1:7、1:8、1:9和1:10)稀释的鸭精液在2—5℃温度下的保存效果进行了研究。结果表明:鸭精液液态保存的最适温度为2—5℃;以PH 7.1Lake缓冲液的稀释保存效果最佳;按1:2、1:3、1:4和1:5稀释比例稀释鸭精液均可取得良好的保存效果。

摘  要：
Semen was collected successfully from drakes by the method of backabdomen massage. The experiment focused on the studies of semen which mas not holy diluted at the rate of 1: 2 with 1% NaCl solution, Lake's diluent, PH 7.1 Lake's buffered diluent, BPSE or -2 diluent respectively and kept at 2—5℃, 8—10℃, 25℃ respectively, but also diluted 1: 1, 1: 2, 1: 3, 1: 4, 1: 5, 1: 6, 1: 7, 1: 8, 1: 9, or 1: 10 with PH 7.1 Lake's buffered diluent respectively and kept at 2—5℃. The results showed the optimum temperature of storage was 2—5℃; the best dilueut was the PH 7.1 Lake's buffered one; and with the diluent rate at 1: 2, 1: 3, 1: 4, or 1: 5, the excellent results of storage were obtained for the diluted drake's semen.
