雏鸭实用饲粮锌的适宜添加量研究

摘  要：
分别喂给1～35日龄建川鸭二种蛋白水平和不同含锌量的植物性饲粮,测定了不同锌水平饲粮对雏鸭生长和某些组织锌含量的影响,初步探讨了蛋白质水平与锌吸收、利用的关系。试验结果表明,雏鸭(1～35日龄)风干饲粮锌的适宜添加量为54ppm(总锌为71ppm),饲粮适宜蛋白质水平能提高锌的利用率。

摘  要：
The study was carrid out to find out the optimal amount of dietary zinc supplementation to Jian—chuan ducklings fed on diets consisting of common plant feeds in Sichuan.Daily gain and serum zinc were determined The results showed that these indexes were good for assessing the zinc requirement of ducks and that 54ppm of dietary zinc supplementation (70ppm dietary zinc concentration) was appropriate for Jian—chuan ducklings(1—35 days old).To observe the interaction between zinc and protein,proper protein diet and low protein diet were used.Zinc utilization, total serum protein and albumin were determined.These results showed poor utilization of zinc in low—protein diet and increased utilization of zinc at an increase of protien in diet.
