温度对光敏感雄性核不育水稻育性转换的影响研究

摘  要:
在北京(N39°56′)自然变温和人工控温条件下分别对比观察光敏感雄性核不育(pgms)水稻的育性对10小时、16(或15)小时两种光周期的反应。试验结果指出: 1.在适宜水稻发育的温度范围内,pgms水稻均有因光周期不同而发生的育性转换。而且光周期效应远大于温度不同所引起的育性变化。 2.温度变化可诱发长日光周期状态下pgms水稻的雄性败育水平的波动,即所谓“温度效应”。在日平均温度(Tm)30.4℃—21.6℃区间内,其花粉败育度是Tm的直线回归函数,回归系数因不育品系而异。 3.短日光周期状态下pgms水稻的育性对温度的变化比较敏感,其变异情况因品系而异。 作者对pgms育性转换的含义和判别标准进行了讨论。

摘  要:
The male fertility responses of different photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile (pgms)rices under natural temperature conditions in Beijing (39°56′N)and under controlled tem-perature regimes in phytotrons were studied comparatively.In these experiments the materialswere put under short (10hr) and long (16 or 15hr) photoperiods for the induction of male fer-tility or sterility. The results are as follows: 1. Under suitable temperature range for normal development of rice, fertility transitionoccurred with all the pgms rices studied when the photoperiod changed qualitatively. And theeffect of photoperiod is much larger than that of temperature. 2. Under long day condition, change of temperature could lead to fluctuation of the lev-el of male sterility, the lower the temperature, the lower the level. This phenomenon iscalled "temperature effect". When the average daily temperature (Tm) was within the rangeof 30.4--21.6℃, the degree of the abortion of pollens was in linear regression to Tm; but theregression coefficient varied with different pgms strains. 3. Under short day condition,the fertility of the pgms rices was more sensitive to tem-perature, but the effeet varied with different strains. The implication of the fertility transition,and the criteria with which to define this phe-nomenon were also discussed.
