不育临界温度值不同的培矮64S近等基因系选育

摘  要:
采用人工控制的系列温度条件 ,对光温敏核不育水稻培矮 64S- 5株系的高世代自交 (近交 )群体进行单株雄性育性鉴定与系统选择 ,再经 10代自交纯化 ,获得一套不育临界温度分别为 2 3℃、 2 4℃、2 6℃和 2 8℃的培矮 64S近等基因系。这套材料对研究水稻两用核不育系不育临界温度高低的遗传规律和花粉的育性温度控制机理有重要意义 ,其中不育临界温度为 2 3℃的培矮 64S具有较好的不育稳定性和遗传纯合性 ,可直接应用于两系杂交水稻生产。

摘  要:
The male fertility of the thermo photoperiod sensitive male sterile rice Peiai64S′ self cross offspring plants are identified under a series temperature conditions in a group of Phytotrons. The male sterile plants are selected under these different temperature conditions per generates. After 10 generates, we achieved a group of near Isogenic lines (NIL) that with different male sterile critical temperature, but the all other characters are the same. This NILs include P2364S, P2464S, P2664S and P2864S, and the male sterile critical temperature of them is 23℃, 24℃, 26℃ and 28℃. This NILs are an important materials for studying the genetic rule of male sterile critical temperature of sterile lines using to two line hybrid rice, and the mechanism of plant′s male sterility induced by temperature. Otherwise, P2364S has a low critical temperature and has a stable sterility in high natural temperature season used as a sterile line. It has a stable fertility in lower temperature(<22℃) and short daylight season to multiply itself. It can be carried out commercially for developing tow line hybrid rice.
