刺老芽反季生产试验

摘  要:
为了扩大刺老芽反季生产规模,以不同处理的刺老芽茎段为试验材料,研究了不同培养基质、不同长度、不同采收茎段时间对枝条萌发时间和单株产量的影响。结果表明:顶芽萌发时间早于侧芽,且顶芽平均单株产量高于侧芽;沙培和水培对枝条的萌发时间、单株平均产量影响不大;茎段的长度对单株平均产量和萌发时间无显著影响;贮藏30d的枝条萌发时间较现采枝条早7d左右,而单株平均产量差别不大。

摘  要:
In order to enlarge the scale of anti-season production scale of Aralia elata(Miq)Seem,Aralia elata(Miq)Seem stem segments with different treatments were used to investigate the factors that affect single plant yield and branch germinating time,such as culture matrix,length and the time of stem harvest.The results showed that the germination time of the terminal buds was earlier than the lateral buds and the mean single plant yield of the terminal buds were higher than the lateral buds;the germination time and mean single plant yield of branches that cultured with sand culture were almost the same as these cultured with hydroponic culture;the length of stem segments had no significant effect on the germination time and mean single plant yield;the germination time of branches storaged 30 days were germinated 4~5days earlier than the fresh branches,while the mean single plant yield had no distinct difference.
