20%丁硫克百威种子处理悬浮剂及其生物活性

摘  要：
[目的]制备具有良好生物活性的20%丁硫克百威种子处理悬浮剂(FS)。[方法]利用湿法砂磨工艺对20%丁硫克百威种子处理悬浮剂配方中各个组分进行筛选和优化。对该制剂的包衣种子安全性、室内生物活性及田间药效进行研究。[结果]较优配方组成为丁硫克百威20.0%,NNO 3.0%,FS3000 3%,601#4.0%,乙二醇3.0%,硅酸镁铝1.0%,黄原胶0.1%,BIT 0.1%,SYFMA001 5.0%,1284-S 2.0%,去离子水补足至100.0%。[结论]该制剂各项指标符合种子处理悬浮剂的相关标准。田间试验结果表明,采用药种比为1:150对玉米种子进行包衣,对金针虫的防效为83.9%。该制剂对玉米种子安全,具有良好的市场应用前景。

摘  要：
[Aims] The carbosulfan 20% flowable concentrate for seed coating(FS)with good biological activity was obtained. [Methods] The components of carbosulfan 20% FS were screened and optimized through wet milling process.The safety and bioactivity of carbosulfan 20% FS were studied by greenhouse test and field trial. [Results] The optimum formula was as follows: carbosulfan 20%, NNO 3.0%, FS3000 3%, 601# 4.0%, ethylene glycol 3.0%,aluminum-magnesium silicate 1.0%, xanthan gum 0.1%, BIT 0.1%, SYFMA001 5.0%, 1284-S 2.0%, and deionized water up to 100%. [Conclusions] The performance of the formulation was tested and evaluated, and all the control indicators met with the relevant standards for FS. The new developed formulation has excellent control effects on wire worm which was 83.9% at the mass ratio of formulation to corn seed of 1:150. It is safe to corn seed, which will have broad market prospects.
