高效液相色谱法测定20%噻唑磷水乳剂含量

摘  要:
[目的]建立高效液相色谱测定20%噻唑磷水乳剂有效成分含量的方法。[方法]采用C18色谱柱,柱温30℃,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比30∶30∶40),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长225 nm,噻唑磷保留时间为8.5 min。[结果]质量浓度在0.1239~0.9912 g/L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.65%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.47%。[结论]该方法专属性强、重现性好、准确度高,可用于20%噻唑磷水乳剂中有效成分的含量测定。

摘  要:
[Aims] In order to determine the effective components of fosthiazate 20% EW by HPLC. [Methods] The determination was conducted with C18 column at 30 ℃, and with the mixture of methanol, acetonitrile and water(30∶30∶40,by vol) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min and the detection wavelength was 225 nm, the retention time of fosthiazate was 8.5 min. [Results] The linear relationship was good in the range of 0.1239 to 0.9912 g/L, the average recovery rate was 99.65% and the RSD was 0.47%. [Conclusions] This method is specific, reproducible and accurate,which is suitable for determination of the effective components of fosthiazate 20% EW.
