摄食不同饵料对加州鲈生长性能及体成分的影响

摘  要：
对摄食不同饵料(冰鲜小杂鱼和配合饲料)加州鲈(Micropterus salmoides)(初始体重为(4.87±0.02)g)生长性能、形体指标和体成分进行了比较分析。结果显示:饲喂冰鲜小杂鱼组的加州鲈末均重、增重率、特定生长率、成活率、肥满度、肌肉粗蛋白质和脂肪显著高于配合饲料组(P<0.01),饲料系数、肝体比和脏体比显著低于配合饲料组(P<0.01)。结果表明:饲喂冰鲜小杂鱼组可显著提高加州鲈生长性能和饲料利用,改善加州鲈体形和肌肉品质。

摘  要：
Growth performance,body index and nutritional components in the muscles of two groups of Micropterus salmoides(initial body weight 4.87±0.02 g) fed on artificial diet and fresh fish were compared.The results showed that final weight,weight gain rate,specific growth rate,survival rate,condition factor,and contents of crude protein and crude lipid in the muscles of fresh fish group were significantly higher than that of artificial diet group(P<0.01).The feed coefficient,viscera-somatic index and hepatosomatic index was significantly lower than that of artificial diet group(P<0.01).These results indicated that the growth performance,feed utilization,fish body shape and muscle quality were improved in M.salmoides fed with fresh fish.
