加州鲈出血病嗜水气单胞菌的分离鉴定、致病性和体外抑菌药物研究

摘  要:
从患出血病的加州鲈(Micropterus salmoides)肝脏组织中分离到一株病原菌(LY4),通过人工回归感染试验确定其致病性,采用API 20E细菌鉴定系统和16S r RNA序列分析对其进行鉴定、纸片扩散法测定其耐药性、并利用二倍稀释法评价35种中草药水提取液对其产生的体外抑菌作用。结果显示:菌株LY4能够产生胞外蛋白酶,对健康加州鲈的半数致死剂量为5.7×105CFU/m L,通过生理生化特性与16S r RNA序列分析确定其为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila),药敏试验显示菌株LY4对青霉素、阿莫西林、甲氧嘧啶、四环素、多西环素、呋喃唑酮等抗生素表现出耐药性,五倍子、乌梅、地榆等中草药水提取液对其具有良好的抑菌效果。

摘  要:
A pathogenic bacterial strain LY4 was isolated from the liver of Micropterus salmoides with hemorrhagic disease. The virulence of strain LY4 was tested by artificial infection test. This pathogenic bacterial strain was identified by API20 E identification kit and 16 S r RNA sequences blasting in NCBI gen Bank. The antibiotic susceptibility was determined by disc diffusion test. Thirty-five Chinese herbs were chosen for water extracts to screen the possible control reagent by using double-dilution method against LY4. The results showed that strain LY4 could produce extra-cellular proteases and pathogenic to healthy M. salmoides with an LD50 of 5. 7 × 105 CFU/m L. The pathogenic bacterial stain was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila based on phenotypic characteristics and 16 S r RNA sequences analysis. It exhibited resistance to penicillin,amoxicillin,sulfamethoxydiazine,tetracycline,doxycycline and furazolidone. Meanwhile,it could be inhibited by water extracts from Rhus chinensis,Prunus mume and Sanguisorba offieinali.
