高亚硝酸盐对加州鲈消化系统的影响

摘  要:
为探究高亚硝酸盐养殖环境对加州鲈(Micropterus salmoides)消化系统的影响,分别将高亚硝酸盐(>0.15 mg/L)和正常亚硝酸盐(≤0.005 mg/L)水体养殖下加州鲈的肝脏、胃和肠道组织进行组织学观察分析.结果显示:高浓度的亚硝酸盐养殖环境下,加州鲈肝脏和肠道组织结构会有显著损伤,肝脏细胞核出现空泡化和肿大现象,肠道绒毛长度存在显著差异(P<0.05).综上所述,过高的亚硝酸盐浓度会对加州鲈的消化系统产生显著影响,在现有的养殖模式下,控制好亚硝酸盐的浓度是提高鱼类免疫的关键.

摘  要:
To investigate the effects of a high nitrite aquaculture environment on the digestive system of the largemouth bass Micropterus salmoides,histological observations and analyses were conducted on the liver,stomach,and intestinal tissues of M.salmoides cultured in environments with elevated ni-trite levels(>0.15 mg/L)compared to normal nitrite levels(≤0.005 mg/L).The findings revealed that in high-nitrite environments,the liver and intestinal tissue structures of M.salmoides were sig-nificantly compromised,with liver cell nuclei exhibiting vacuolation and enlargement,and a marked difference in the length of intestinal villi(P<0.05).In conclusion,excessive nitrite concentrations have a profound impact on the digestive system of M.salmoides.Under the current aquaculture mod-el,controlling nitrite concentration is essential for enhancing fish immunity.
