Hg~(2+)对条斑紫菜毒害作用的研究

摘  要:
研究分析了不同浓度Hg2+对条斑紫菜光合作用强度、SOD、CAT、总抗氧化能力及可溶性蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,藻胆蛋白对Hg2+的作用较为敏感,首先被破坏;叶绿素a的含量、光合作用强度、SOD、总抗氧化能力及可溶性蛋白质含量随Hg2+处理浓度的增加而先升后降,CAT活性则表现出总体下降的趋势。

摘  要:
This paper deals with the effect of Hg2+ on photosythtic intensity, SOD, CAT, total antioxicatability and soluble protein contents in Porphyra yezoensis. The results showed that the bilinprotein is relatively more sensitive to Hg2+, so it was destroyed first by Hg2+. With the increase of Hg2+ treatment concetration the chlorophylla content, photosythtic intensity, SOD, total antioxicatability and soluble protein contents first increased and then decreased. CAT activity showed the tendency of decrease.
