乌苏里蝮生殖系统的形态结构和发育的初步研究

摘  要:
乌苏里蝮(Gloydius ussurensis)是东北地区常见毒蛇,其蛇毒具有一定药用价值,人工驯养繁殖技术在东北地区正处于积极探索之中。结合前人对乌苏里蝮繁殖周期和无冬眠饲养的研究,本研究通过生理解剖学和统计学方法,将乌苏里蝮的性成熟个体体长从460 mm推前至约424 mm,并发现体长与臭腺、卵巢大小及半阴茎收缩态长度均呈显著的正相关关系。同时还探究了乌苏里蝮在尾长和臭腺等方面的两性差异,推断其与繁殖行为有关。

摘  要:
As a pit-viper in Asia,Gloydius ussurensiswidely spreads in the northeastern China. Itssnake venom has been as the source of some biological preparations. Basing on the data of reproduc-tive cycle and non-hibernation raising onGloydius ussurensis, the relationship between body lengthand reproductive development, the sexual dimorphism on scent gland length and tail length werestudied by using anatomic method and statistics analysis. The results showed that this pit-viper couldbe sexual maturity at the body length of about 424 mm. Also, it was proved that body length was sig-nificantly related to scent gland length and tail length. It could be inferred that there was correlationbetween sexual dimorphism and reproductive behavior.
