摘  要:
目标管理思想和方法 ,已在各个领域得到较为广泛的应用。本文认为 ,1 999年以来的岗位聘任制度改革 ,是高校引入目标管理的契机 ,但目前改革与目标管理两者的结合仍较为微弱 ,本文对问题的成因作了分析 ,并提出了进一步强化目标管理相应的对策

摘  要:
The theory of MBO(Management by Objective) has been adopted universally.The reform of academic staff post engagement creates anaopportunity to introduce MBO to higher institutions,this papre discusses the current problem that weak combination between the reform and MBO,meanwhile,also gives some advice on the further reform of engagement system in higher institutions.
