瞬时薄壁件存在性的研究

摘  要:
介绍了薄壁件在工程上的判断准则 ,指出了传统薄壁件判断准则的局限性。从理论上论证了瞬时物体都是厚件的错误传统观念 ,计算出物体成为薄壁件的瞬时时间并论证了瞬时物体成为薄壁件的条件 ,给出了瞬时薄壁件产生的时间图表 ,使得零件最大温差产生时间和大小更加精确 ,具有较高的工程应用价值。扩展了薄壁件适用的时间范围 ,弥补了传热学中薄壁件判断理论的缺陷。

摘  要:
The essence of a thin wall part was analyzed based on the concept and definition of the thin wall part. The engineering criterion of a thin wall part was introduced and theoretically analyzed,and the limitations of the conventional criterion was pointed out. A confused concept on this criterion,that is,all the transient objects are thick wall parts,proved theoretically to be wrong. The transient time of a thin wall part was calculated,the conditions that a part became thin wall one were analyzed,and a table of time for a thin wall part formed was given,which made the forming time of the maximum temperature difference more accurate.
