摘  要:
通过分析薄壁类零件板凳支架的工艺特点,选取合适的切削用量、装夹方法,制定了合理的工艺路线,有效解决了薄壁类零件加工过程中的变形问题,运用UG8.0软件对板凳支架进行建模与加工仿真,给出了加工零件所需的导轨。

摘  要:
Through the analysis of the technological characteristics of thin-walled parts bench stents,this paper selects the appropriate cutting dosage,the clamping method, makes a reasonable technology route,effectively solves the machining deformation in the process of the thin-walled parts,using UG8.0 software modeling and processing simulation to the bench support,and finally gives processing of guide rail.
