薄壁件辅助支承布局优化设计

摘  要:
以薄壁件装夹系统为研究对象,探究柔度与加工变形之间的关系并建立刀具—工件切触点柔度的数学模型,提出了一种基于薄壁件柔度分布特征的辅助支承布局优化算法。首先建立工件的有限元模型,确定初始参数和边界条件;然后通过ABAQUS有限元软件计算出工件加工表面的柔度场,并在柔度较大的区域添加一个辅助支撑,若加工变形的值依然不满足加工要求,则重新计算柔度场并继续添加辅助支撑;最后调整辅助支承的位置使加工变形达到最小。利用所提算法对一种薄壁件的支承布局进行优化,优化后,工件装夹系统所需要的辅助支承更少,证明该算法可以减少加工成本,提高加工效率,具有实用性和有效性。

摘  要:
In order to research thin-walled workpiece clamping system,the relationship between the flexibility and machining deformation is explored,and the mathematical model of the cutter-workpiece cutting contact flexibility is established.Then,the auxiliary support layout optimization algorithm based on the flexibility distribution characteristics of thin-walled workpiece is proposed.Firstly,the finite element model of the workpiece is established and the initial parameters and boundary conditions are determined.Then,finite element software ABAQUS is used to calculate the flexibility field of workpiece machining surface,and an auxiliary support is added in the area with greater flexibility.If the value of machining deformation still does not meet the processing requirements,the flexibility field is re-calculated and auxiliary support is added.Finally,the position of the auxiliary support is adjusted to minimize the machining deformation.The support layout of a kind of thin-walled workpiece is optimized by the proposed algorithm,and the results show that the optimized workpiece clamping system requires fewer auxiliary supports.Therefore,this algorithm can reduce the processing cost,improve the processing efficiency,and has practicability and effectiveness.
